Served as the senior customer conduit to provide strategic leadership and direction to position MicroPact as a thought leader in the Case Management/Business Process Management Space. As a Project Lead Mr. Chohan spearhead and managed the implementation of case management and BPM solutions for various government and commercial clients. Provided risk assessments as well as level of effort and cost estimation in support of business development on contract bids. Managing the implementation and configuration delivery of Nuxeo open source case management/BPM application, for JP Morgan chase. Consulted for FICO in the creation of a Financial Models Repository Management System for JP Morgan Chase. JP Morgan chase had received heavy sanctions from the federal government for non-compliancy issues and standards of practices in their Financial Models and Attributes lifecycle processes, across their various lines of businesses. The Primary derivative was to re-engineer the lifecycle process for existing financial models and attribute to be standard across all lines of business and incorporate a practice standard.
- Implemented requirements process standard as well as standardized SDLC artifact templates for project documents
- Held requirement workshops with various business units to elicit accurate and testable functional requirements
- Held technical reviews to elicit system, environment and non-functional requirements from the IT
- Conducted JAD sessions with JP Morgan Chase stakeholders to elaborate and define requirements

 Worked with the business to define the data sets for the analytics piece that would be utilized in analytics
 Conducted gap analysis of existing reports in contrast with legacy data sets comparing to newly defined data sets
 Held workshops and requirements session with the business users and business owners to refine requirements through elicitation
- As datamart was stood up for analytics ran modified reports in SQL to determine gaps in the existing reports
