Proscape group has diversify business in Hard & Soft landscaping, Marble work, water feature, Trading. I am responsible for transport division.; Control out sourcing of EMV, maximizing UR of owned EMV to reduce out sourcing.
Control w/s activity, insure fleets are maintained economically with min BDT.
Monitor depreciation value, repairing cost, BDT to decide about phasing out of fleet.
Set budget for each division, insure that work progress in accordance with budget and plan; Reduced out sourcing by purchase own EMV
Introduce more supplier for out sourcing to get better rate, the rate of crane truck was reduce from AED 75 per hour to AED 40.5 per hour similarly other machine rate were reduce up to 50%.
Started doing major repairs in our w/s to reduce EMV repairs cost and it was reduced by 75%
Locating, targeting and developing potential customer.
Linking all the record and expenses to rental agreement.
Monitor fleet repairs, registration & insurance renewal.
Follow up of Legal & Court proceeding.

Reduce maintenance cost of fleet: The Fleet maintenance cost was reduced to 0.89 fills per can in 2002 as compare to 1.1 fills per can in 1998.

Analysed common items failure like PCB, Engine, starter etc for ESAB gen set. To reduce cost ordered bulk quantity to principal and got spare parts at 40% of normal listed price of supplier.
To reduce cost, started rebuilding EMV parts like Exhaust muffler, Axle shaft, cargo body parts
Rebuild accidental prime-mover, one of accidental prime mover rebuild quote was OR 10000/-, we have quoted insurance company for OR 9500/- with only purchase of special tools for OR 500/- and other material for OR 350/- we rebuild in our workshop and save OR 8650/- for company.
Handle customer inquiries and troubleshooting, estimating, allocating work to technician.
Testing and Making customer satisfactory for the repairs
Computerize wheel balancing and alignment, engine performance & exhaust emission check.
