Roles & Responsibilities:
• Health & Safety Management System:
o Develop, implement and maintain the HSE Management system in all branches.
o Developing objective plans & KPIs for HSE with top management.
o Conducting external and internal ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 audits.
• Legal & Contractual requirements:
o Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and advise on appropriate measures.
o Assisting in prequalification by reviewing proposal and providing inputs.
o Obtaining approvals and permits from TRAKHEES, DDA, DCD, DM and JAFZA where applicable for different branches.
o Supervise construction activities of ongoing projects to ensure comply with company policies, contractual and legislative requirements.
o Ensuring all other legal obligations are fulfilled by the company.
• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment:
o Conducting risk assessment and HAZOP for installation and operation of plants and machinery at sites.
o Keeping all operations and work locations at the optimum standards of HSE.
o Minimize risk to as low as reasonably practical (ALARP) to personnel and facilities.
• Continuous Monitoring:
o Surveillance with Drone at plants / site for close monitoring of critical activities.
o Ensuring daily site inspection by HSE Officers.
o Random site inspection at any branch of the organization.
• Accident / Incident Management:
o Promoting ZERO ACCIDENT along with a positive HSE Culture.
o Performing immediate investigation and prepares preventative action plan regarding accidents, near miss reports and incidents.
o Analyzing the root cause of incidents and implement CAPA.
• Trainings & Awareness:
o Identifying training gaps through TNA. Keeping training matrix updated.
