Responsible for all human resource activities related to employment, compensation, benefits, training, and development, fully aware of the labor law in all Gulf Countries
Recruitment and Selection” related tasks:
o Following up with Department Managers on their manpower needs, and processing ERF’s (Employment Request Forms).
o Ensuring the ERF’s is approved by the Finance department against budget, and line management.
o Searching for suitable candidates through CV/Resume banks, and search engines such as bayt.com and monster.com
o Posting job ads on company website, newspapers, or with search engines.
o Locating CVs/Resumes that match the job role requirements based on the job description, or through referrals, internal transfers if applicable.
o Conducting preliminary screening interviews by phone on in person and short-listing candidates for final interviews by line management. o Manage all “Employment” related tasks (i.e. Distribution of Assets - Orientations - Employment Contracts - Offer Letters -Probation Period Reviews).
o Creating & developing job descriptions.
Posting & processing of day-to-day payroll transactions into the payroll system for end of the month cut off process for all GCC.
Ensure Salaries, and social insurance and or any other employment social responsibilities are filed / paid in accordance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures and all applicable labor laws and legalities in all GCC, and fully aware of the law in each country.
Enforce all employment “Policies and Procedures” pertaining to the Company’s Corporate Office and applicable labor laws.
Detect and handle complaints and grievances of all staffs and report them to the Top Management
Manage all issues related to Labor Law in each country in GCC i.e. Visa application, transfer of residency, Labor relations and submission of all relevant documents to the Labor Office.

Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
