•Technical review of ITB data for a proposal & Preparation of techno commercial proposals Feed & detailed engineering of Package Equipment(s) efficiently in terms of quality, timely and cost effectively while strictly adhering to client requirements, agreed contractual obligation and QHSE principles
•Preparation & issuance of engineering quality plan (EQP), Document Control Record &Plan for EPC and Feed projects.
•Ensure implementation of engineering schedule and Follow-up of engineering, procurement and construction required dates.
•Compliance to standards & HSE requirements for FEED and EPC projects.
•Ensure incorporation of agreed client comments in deliverable for FEED and EPCC.
•Provide support to field engineering team, construction & commissioning team for EPC projects.
•Process design along with project execution of water and wastewater treatment plant, chemical dosing skids for cooling tower, demineralization plant, UF, RO system for drinking water, power plants, Petrochemical and gas processing plants as well as other industrial units.
•Development of P&ID, PFD and cause & effect diagrams, operation philosophy, chemical and effluent summary for FEED and EPC projects.
•Preparation of RFQs for package equipment, Vendor Document Review by self as well as concerned disciplines to meet Client's & project schedule requirements and TBE, in the area of water and wastewater treatment, chemical dosing system and Plant/utilities etc., for FEED and EPC projects.
•FEED, Basic & Detail Engineering for Water Treatment Plants like Canal Water Pre-Treatment, Ultra-filtration System, Reverse Osmosis, Demineralization Plant and Softeners.
•FEED, Basic & Detail Engineering for Waste Water Treatment Plants like Conventional Waste Water Treatment Plant and Extended Aeration System.
•Prepare, discuss and select optimum design according to requirement for FEED and EPC projects.
•Experience in Project management of water treatment system, Plant and utilities etc including preparation of BOQs, procurement, execution, Pre-commissioning and commissioning.
•Ensure incorporation of agreed client comments in deliverable for FEED and EPC projects.
•Coordinate with projects and planning departments on schedule related issue for FEED and EPC projetcs.
•Provide necessary inputs to Engineering, Procurement, Construction and commissioning proposals at the bidding stage.
•Inspect and ensure all Engineering, Procurement and commissioning activities are completed prior to taking up the system for commissioning and ensure the setting up of safety procedures for the same.
•Assessing the requirements of special tools/temporary facilities/equipment required for pre- commissioning and commissioning for EPC projects.
•Responsible to discuss and get the approval of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Operations procedures from clients for EPC projects.
•Participate in HAZOP meeting with client and representative of the other engineering disciplines for EPC projects.
•Lead the internal staff meeting; ensure the progress of project in accordance to project schedule for FEED and EPC projects.
•Carry out a detailed assessment of the commissioning work involved and assess the available resources and possible constraints in its execution for EPC .
•Review project design documents for Engineering, Procurement and commissioning.
•Attend and provide input at P&ID review, HAZOP & HAZID review, spare parts order, specialist services and model review for EPC projects.
•Ability to review contractual documents and identify project requirements and constraints / risks for FEED and EPC projects.
•Ability to lead subcontractor for Engineering, Procurement, construction and safe execution of Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning activities in line with the schedule.
