In 2016, our company received completion certificate for its first building. I was tasked with rental management for the building and I ended up excelling at rental management, property management and Facilities management. i mastered facilities management, hired an engineer, a multi technician, a helper and thats it. I successfully set up and managed the complete FM. From a simple screw to FAHU systems, I was completely involved in the day to day operations and upkeep of the building while making sure that we have the highest occupancy. Not only high occupancy but with at least 25% higher rental prices.
