Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible to achieve given monthly sales targets

Mentoring New sales consultants (daily showroom routine, Sales Process, Follow up system, product knowledge, Autoline etc.)

Responsible to manage the entire sales process smoothly & professionally

Assist customers to get lending facilities from banks, in-house Insurance solutions & other value added products. Submit Deals to F & I department & follow up with them in order to get loan approvals, Insurance, Vehicle tinting etc.

Ensuring customers complete satisfaction & a long-term relationship with the Brand & the Dealership

Liaising efficiently with the internal departments during the sales process

Target 100% CSI results at all times

Maintain KPI as per the management guide lines & expectations

Work effectively with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.
