Generating new business leads, customer retention, techno-commercial offer review, tender bidding, negotiation and finalization.
Preparing and presenting Annual fore-cast to the board of directors.
To extend all kind of technical support (through presentations, calculations, advice seating) required by the contractors/consultants, pre-sales and post sales.

Annual target 2014; AED 34M raising it 15% from 2013 at 90% recovery rate due to contract management.
MV & LV switchgear type testing.
Started MV switchgear and built a competent team to handle MV.
Built & trained a team for project planning & management.
Managed PQ approvals with ADCO & ADNOC and opened the business accounts.
Defined after sales process workflow with HR team for efficient execution.
Segregated a team to handle maintenance jobs, as they have high profitability.
ACHEIVEMENTS:
Successful completion of switchgear orientation training in 2005.
Promoted to "Sales Engineer" from "Trainee Engineer" immediate to completion of orientation.
Annual target completion every year; max of AED 45M in 2008.
Enhanced sub-station business by opening new customer accounts including BHAWAN Engineering, AREVA contracting etc.
Registered new products with DEWA commissioning team.
Full customer co-ordination after sales. Internal co-ordination between Sales, Design, Production & QC departments.
