Responsible for monitoring & reviewing project specifications, material specifications, P&ID, area classification
drawings, cable schedule, cabinet and junction box design, cable and conduit routings, equipment and cable tray
layouts, fire & gas detector layouts, instrument plot plan, hook‐up diagrams, loop and logic diagrams and instrument
data sheets for process measurement devices.
 Looking after installation of field instruments like Pressure/ Temperature/ Flow/ Level transmitters, moisture/
vibration/ gas/ smoke detectors as per P&ID, hook‐up and plot plan.
 Looked after installation, commissioning, calibration and maintenance of transmitters, sensors, gauges and control
valves.
 Working in close collaboration with the engineering department, field engineering & installation and sub‐contract
management.
 Prepare Equipment list, Price Quotations, Single line diagrams/Schematics, System proposals in response of
customer requirements.
 Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction and maintenance of the system.
 Provide technical and engineering support to the field, related to design, equipment’s/devices, such as drawings and
other engineering information.
 Supervision of the Field Instruments such as Smart Transmitters like Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level, Differential
Pressure Transmitters etc.
 Supervision of installation and commissioning of the field instruments like Sensors, Transducers, Differential
Pressure Switches, 2‐way, 3‐ way Control Valves.
 Supervision of Loop checking activities of the DDC Controller to the control room.
 To Prepare Material Submittal Sheet (MSS) for all Buildings.
 Preparing Sequence of Operation for BMS Systems (AHU, FCU, VAV, EF etc.).
 Preparing Technical Comparison Sheet.
 Preparing General Condition Survey Report of all Buildings.
 Submitting Daily, weekly, monthly reports to the client.
