The responsibilities include
• Supervise the operations of oil/gas and water production including opening, closing, adjusting wells, carrying out well flow test utilizing test separators, operating wellhead equipment, controlling quantities of water injected, to ensure that the oil & gas production quantities as required target, reports the results to production Incharge.
• Executes and Implements Permit to Work System on the Well head sites as per HSSE regulations
• Prepares procedures and coordinates with the CCR Supervisor in implementing production campaigns undertaken regular as pigging of pipelines, , pressure testing of well flow lines, corrosion monitoring on the surface facilities in well head sites and modifications for the existing systems .
• Issue hot, cold and entry work permits for all routine /planned maintenance works to be carried out on all process & wellhead sites. Supervises the preparation of production facilities for required maintenance, turn around, work over and rig less activities, certifies safe handover to and from rig less operations and Maintenance personnel and personally accepts the repaired facilities after completion of maintenance, rig less operations and work over
• Prepare the plant for maintenance as per the established procedures when required, accompanies the Instrument/Mechanical/Electrical Technicians to explain defects/defaults ensuring safe preparation of equipment for routine planned maintenance, and test production equipment to ensure smooth efficient operation
• Perform a variety of process engineering duties in the plant. Includes monitoring performance of plants and facilities, preparing daily performance summary and recommending corrective actions to deal with abnormalities.

• Checks, operates, monitors and observes all activities/situations on LPG/NGL plant equipment within the defined area of duty.
• Logs and records all plant running parameters and reports back giving detailed information of any abnormalities and defects.
• Carries out operational preparation of equipment prior to release for maintenance and ensures proper implementation of Permit to Work instructions.
• Tours the Gas Treatment Plant (LPG & NGL), separation plant, monitor performance and ensure efficient operation according to prescribed conditions
• Records in a log sheet operating data production as: Flow rates, pressure temperature and levels… etc. of each module including separators, scrubbers, gas header ad risers. Reports to Production Supervisor abnormal readings recommending appropriate remedial action. Implements approved ones immediately

• The responsibilities include
• Operates including shutting-down/starting up the UREA 2000 series(STAMICARBON, Netherland), Mixed chemicals, prepares the plant for routine/planned maintenance and carries our fist line maintenance.
• DCS (bailey infi 90)urea 2000 series operation and monitoring.
• Operation of plant according to established procedures, including starting-up/shutting-down the plant and adjusting associate gauges to maintain the required levels, flow rates, pressure and temperature.
• Carries out safety inspections of equipment and site activities to ensure adherence to safety procedures
