Responsible for executing strategies and implementing procedural controls.
Ensures Resolution, Normalization & rollback performance are maintained as per targets.
Compliance of mutually agreed internal process flows.
Monitor changes/developments set by internal & external regulators and ensuring blanket compliance of the same.
Ensure satisfactory audit rating in internal and external audit.
Ensures that automated collections process is utilized to optimize efficiency and resources.
Ensure implementation of all motivation tools to enhance the productivity of collections staff.
Monitoring, Training and Managing of In-house sales structure (Third Party Contract Staff) to ensure credit quality, sales efficiency . Defining and delivering on minimum business standards.
Developing, training and managing of in-house direct sales team.
Develop and modify sales strategies and ensure credit quality, sales efficiency and cost effectiveness of the distribution channel. This included monitoring, modifying and optimizing all variables pertaining to the distribution channels for individual products.
Track market and competitive information pertaining to the respective business areas and realign sales strategies to attain competitive edge.
To recover the volume of Rs. 180 Million per month by achieving 70% benchmark with strength of 25 collection officers.
Introduction of Cohan Brown sales process to monitor and enhance daily sale activity.
To be rotated within Retail Risk Management Unit every 6 Months to enhance learning in all key areas of Retail Risk.
To ensure that customer complaints and queries are properly addressed, responded or routed to concerned department by using escalation matrix.
Service standards are maintained at agreed level with no major variance, identify potential process / service enhancement for continuous improvement.
To comprehend team members with daily MIS’s to enhance performance and prepare daily performance MIS’s for supervisory reviews.
