Job Responsibilities:
 Preparation of projects budget with cost effective factor. Making special cost analysis as per the Management requirement.

 Reviewing project’s cash-flow and assess budget against project progress.

 Preparation of monthly cost reports for all projects assigned.Coordinate work between section engineers, with clients and consultant at site.

 Managing the project budget and supporting the project manager and the project team in ensuring successful execution of the construction activities within the predefined budget.

 Inspecting site for collation of information for monthly report which includes recommendation on interim payments, statement of claims from contractor, anticipated claims from contractor and assessment of costs of works and expected final cost.

 Assessing implications of variation orders on budgets.

 Performing cost analysis and draw up reports on changes to works and contractor’s claims.

 Assisting the Project Manager to prepare and approve contractor’s final accounts.

 Establishing cost control methods with the Project Team. Monitor the costs of the Project and maximize its profitability. With the assistance of the Project Manager reviews the costs and prepares reports for cost meetings.

 Reconciliation of quantities measured form site & calculate actual work done and submit to the management.

 Comparison statements for work progress and negotiation with contractors for evaluation of contractor's payment application.

 Oversee proposal planning and administration of subcontracts.Reviews quotations from subcontractors/suppliers' for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable quotations.

 Requesting amendments and extension of subcontracts.

 Attending meeting with sub-contractor for quantities dispute and variation order work.
