Job Responsibilities
1. Sales: Allocation of space for the brand and analyzing the sales. Retail audit on regular basis and analyzing.
2. Logistics and Supplier Chain Management
o Analysis of fast moving styles and timely action for the non -moving stocks
o Analyzing the market trends and fashion and finding the missing categories on the shop floors and informing the A.C.M. for the same.
o Market survey analysis, competition analysis, pricing analysis.
3. Customer Service
o Active Interaction and problem sorting with customers
o Ensure maintenance of high standards of customer service on the floor
o Collecting regular feedback from customer regarding merchandise and Level of customer service. Giving every customer a reason to come back.
4. Visual Merchandising / Space
o Maintaining high degree of visual merchandising.
o Frequent changes in visual merchandising.
o Theme bared displays.
o High focus on main window ..
