• Work with management to implement and maintain the processes and SOPs to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels.
• Providing gross profit in line with the business plan by maximizing the number of hours sold, driving revenue per transaction, ensuring 100% adherence to the VHC process and motivating product sales.
• Making sure that all the incoming works are tightly planned and managed based on the time and available resources.
• Distribute and control the tasks of work to the T.L/Technicians to maximize quality and overall efficiency.
• Supervising the team by leading, motivating, coach and develop them to achieve their daily objectives.
• Making continues communications and strong relationship with the parts department to ensure the parts availability.
• Control the documentation quality to ensure the accurate completion of all relevant documentation for each repair.
• Making sure to work with manufacturer franchise warranty standards to ensure that the manufacturer’s warranty standards are adhered to at all times.
• Making sure that the safe working environment is maintained in line with the Company’s Health & Safety policy and the general housekeeping and appearance are maintained as well as the high standards.
مشرف ورشة عمل ( حلقة وصل بين مستقبلين السيارات وقادة الفرق داخل ورشة العمل والتنسيق مع مدير الورشه مباشره في حال حدوث اي مشاكل طارئه اثناء العمل لاتخاذ الاجرائات اللازمه لحل المشاكل داخل ورشة العمل تنسيق المواعيد مع مستقبلين السيارات بشكل دوري مع اعطاء المستقبلين Update كامل عن كل سياره داخل ورشه العمل لابقاء العملاء على اطلاع عن حالة سياراتهم عمل تقارير يومية لحساب اداء كل فني داخل ورشة العمل وحساب انتاجية الفنيين داخل ورشة العمل عمل خطط يومية لتحسين وتطوير العمل بشكل دوري للوصول الى اكبر مستوى لرضى العملاء ايجاد الحلول المناسبه والسريعه لاي مشاكل تحدث اثناء العمل .
