 Preparation of annual financial statements, cash flow statements, budgeting, bank reconciliations, aging reports, cost center reports, project reports and customized reports rendering to the ad hoc requirements of Chief Finance Officer.
 Requisition of information from different departments in lieu of the preparation of reports.

 Responsibility to put forward accounting treatment according to the conceptual framework (IAS&IFRS) of transactions, which are unknown to the standard process.

 Responsibility of month end closing and their proper recording into the system (Expenses Accrual, Reconciliation, Intercompany transactions, etc.)
 Read, monitor and respond promptly to all incoming communications (vendors, customers and other business partners).
 Responsible to ensure the approval of supplier’s invoices.
 Posting of all accounting entries and sending statements to agents.
 Responsibility for making sure that all the assigned invoices recorded properly and for the approval from competent authority.
 Responsible to resolve internal and operational problems on a diligent and business efficient manner in order to prevent service deficiencies and/or customer's dissatisfaction.
 Maintaining accounting system of Receivable, Payable & Other expenses.
 Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and Vendors.

Working as a part of a listed company as an Accounts Officer Finance proved to be a best decision taken by me. The bigger the organization bigger to learn. Strong controls, corporate environment, proper segregation of duties, best practices, complex problems & solutions, proper trainings, proper channels, professionalism and more. Everything was open to learn, it’s on you how you see things.

I was Accounts Officer Finance but I worked and directly reported to managers and head of department. Due to leadership & management skills I was also given a team of 10 members. The duties I performed included, but not limited to;

• Training and supervision of new recruits.
• Supervision of Receivable Aging Analysis on daily basis.
• Supervision of month end invoicing of three divisions including the preparation, processing, verification and dispatch of invoices.
• Helping ORACLE Financial Consultancy team at development & implementation stage & working as a testing level user in ORACLE R12.
• Leading & managing the transition of data from QuickBooks to ORACLE including preparation of historical master data and uploading while running both systems parallel.
• Performing reconciliations of the data that has been uploaded to ORACLE and highlighting any discrepancy.
• Attend meetings on ORACLE to provide daily report on implementation and describe nature & flow of accounts at Income Statement and Balance Sheet level.
• Assist in Receivables and Payables month end closing.

• Review and preparation of daily & monthly consolidated reports of receipts & payments along with daily receipts reconciliation, bank reconciliation, daily cash movement summary, budget & payable, new & terminated customers & venders analysis.
