Evaluate failures within train on-board unit’s interoperability with trackside equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for major faults on trackside equipment and
evaluation of Computer Based Interlocking failures.

of signalling equipment.

Administered SAT (Site Alone Test) and dynamic test for interlocking systems as well as facilitate project meetings and document minutes, for communication of results. Addressed all project requirements through interaction with Managers and peers.
• Conducted functional testing for wayside interlocking equipment, Radio Block Center and Field Devices
• Recorded all critical construction inspection testing, and conducted T&C activities to ensure that all activities were planned and scheduled ahead of time.
• Liaised with the client to ensure construction punch list items & NCR’s (Non-conformity Reports) were closed before testing activities.
• Verified that all equipment installation activities were conducted in accordance with project specifications.
• Conduct robust training and led cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives.

Cabinets and UPS. Prepared Material Take off (MTO) and catered for the changes in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as well as response to technical queries by Sub-Contractors.
• Performed review on subcontractor's claimed progress for payment application purposes, detail field engineering documents: instrument loop folder, instrument loop diagram, instrument index, filed bus segment drawing and comment on engineering documents such as instrument datasheets, Instrument mounting details and other auxiliary documents.
• Supervised work schedule, human resources and input plans of sub-contractors as well as site conditions and performed Engineering Analysis Work (Design Reviews, Engineering Change Requests Analysis, etc.) along with design team.
• Oversaw installation, calibration, troubleshooting and commissioning activities carried out on a wide range of instrumentation systems such as YOKOGAWA, EMERSON and GE.
• Participated in SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of Centum VP, Pro-safe RS & Bently Nevada 3500 systems with Vendor and Client, ensuring all site activities follow company HSE standards.
