• Coordinating and checking of shop drawings to the design drawing as per Project specification.
• Ensure that all works completed subscribe to the contracted quality requirements and specification.
• Responsible for ensuring all project works are completed on time.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that required materials and resources are delivered and available on time to meet the project deadlines and also monitoring progress at site.
• Report to the Mechanical Manager on the progress of works and all issues and/or delays.
• Arranging Materials and necessary tools at site to carry out the work progress hassle free and also strict monitoring of safety standards.
• Preparing WN (Work Notifications), RFI (Request for Inspection), Productivity and Performance Report.
• Coordinating and arranging inspection with Consultants.
• Making meetings with Supervisors and foreman to finish the project in Scheduled time and to cope up with consultant/client requirements.
• Coordinating with Architecture, Civil & Electrical Departments.
• Supervision and Execution of works as per the drawings and approvals.
Check and review MEP GFC’s & coordinate PMC for general construction.
Monitor the construction and progress on site and ensure that all works are progressing as per design and completed.
Complete coordination of all the works on site from design to execution.
Attending Design review meeting with clients and sorting out design quires.
Monitoring quality of work in all level of activities.
Coordinate with the Architect for design issues and sort out.
Visiting site for site issues relating to design and clarifying it.
Check and review the MEP shop drawings & coordinate MEP trades with general construction.
Check and review the materials submittals within the contract obligation.
Monitor the construction and progress on site and ensure that all works are progressing and completed on schedule.
Attending coordination meeting with the main contractor & Technical with consultant.
Prepare the work inspection request.
Coordinate with the different site engineers on site for the implementation of instructions.
Supervision and coordination of HVAC, plumbing, Fire fighting.
Sanitary ware installation, snagging and final fixes
Monitor inspection of the material used, to ensure the quality of work to meet the requirements of codes, specification and sizes.
Monitoring stage inspections and final inspections and prepare inspection reports.
Monitoring the quality of the work in all level of activities.
Taking sizes of the grilles, diffusers and other duct accessories from the layouts.
To calculate size of all duct accessories from the given CFM.
.Co-ordinate with other engineering disciplines in all aspects during development of work to ensure the confirmative of the design sizes with the requirements by issuing proper technical specifications for site engineer.
