Making comparison statement for the finalization of quotations
Issuance of PO after final approval of quotation from higher management
Liaison with different companies for certification (TUV, ITS etc)
Daily administrative issues (Constant supply of water, Petty cash, daily report)
Maintaining the database of equipment suppliers/ manpower suppliers
Weekly progress presentation to higher management and Aramco project management
Arrangement of camp and food for new employees
Work under the supervision of Project Manager
Create and Submittal of daily reports to SK Engineering & Saudi Aramco
Manage and maintain Project Manager’s Schedule
Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meeting
