Fleet & Facilities Manager
Managing the department that includes 40 employees by scheduling the services and
roles for each employee, including supervisors and officers, driver’s labors and
security.
Supporting all company departments by providing maintenance services for the
offices and for the factory and labor camp.
Also the department is responsible for staff accommodation, and maintaining security.

Managing the implementation of Fleet Dep for 1, 100 vehicles for 8 defiant sectors, kingdom wise with multiple machine purposes includes Sedan, SUV, Pickup, Minibus, Big bus, Forklifts ( Diesel& LPG & Electric ), Trailers and heavy equipment I was also responsible for, reporting, prioritizing assignments, assigning & managing fleet staff to improve performance; and implement disciplinary procedures. Preparation of QMS requirements including job descriptions, KPI’s, code of conducts. Maintain contact with dealers to ensure service/business continuity and the services completed as prescribed by contract in timely manner. Provide feasibility studies as means of strategic decisions in addition to other analytical reports and studies.

* Initiate and enforcement of fleet management department policy
* Automate and systemize fleet processed and procedure through SAP
* Establish reliable and accurate reporting methodology and templates in order to consolidate the fleet activities and statistics within the group
* Reduce cost of maintenance and transportation operation yearly by 10%
* Revamp and enhancement of the company fleet motor policy insurance and ensure enforcement of policy which resulted in significant reduction of loss ratio by 35%
Managing the implementation of Fleet Dep for 650 vehicles for Riyad and Dammam and Jeddah. Supervise company fleet maintenance and team activities and tasks and follow up on automobile insurance issues.

* Plan and execute cost reduction for fleet maintenance and operational expenses consumption
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies (3PL).
* Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
* Efficient utilizaotin of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality, budget targets and environmental objectives are met.

Managing the implementation of Fleet Dep for 180 vehicles for Riyadh and Al Qasem. Applied problem isolation systems that helped reduce maintenance time by more than 50%. Effective follow-up on insurance & accident claims to validate claim authenticity. Close monitoring of leased vehicle’s maintenance costs to ensure business profit. Assertive and clear communication with regional & national branches to achieve business targets.
