I am responsible for the followings,
• analyze, troubleshoot, support and implement technical solutions at all levels
Through Staff counseling on operational and technical matters
• Ensure updates in all the Android devices across Pakistan,
• Impart effective training to the Web-end users and Android users,
• 24/7 Monitoring of operationalization of Digital Enforcement in NHMP,
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades and data backups,
• Maintaining records of software licenses (number of licenses and validity)
• Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues and do refresher training
• Offer assistance for Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Liaise with procurement and service providers in replacing equipment and computer parts as required,
• Assist in monitoring budget/work plan
• Induction and orientation of new staff members in the system
• Reassignments, Transfers and movement of staff
• Provide expert assistance and coordination to senior officials
• Continuously monitoring all types of cyber risks and prompt response and generate alerts of phishing and spam emails to all staff for the betterment of security of IT operations.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles, emails and dealing with password issues
• Setting up OTP based Trouble Shooting on user’s credentials for two step verification security mechanism
• Set up zoom meetings for different users in NHMP, PITB & field staff as and when requested.
• Support to monitor and track all assets for the organization as and when required
United Nations
Worked in the United Nations Peace Keeping Mission in Darfur Sudan as Individual Police Officer with the following responsibilities,
• To observe and to report Law & Order situation in the mission areas
• To educate, train and mentor Govt. Of Sudan (GoS) Police on the handling and investigating of SGBV (sexual &Gender Based violence) cases
• To give procedural advice to local Police in criminal matters concerning SGBV.
• To make follow ups of reported SGBV cases to GoS Police to ensure that the cases are investigated and the victims are treated with dignity and respect.
• To maintain close liaison/coordination with all stake holders including UN Agencies & NGOs to deal with Gender and Child protection issues.
• To coordinate with MHQ/Sector training unit to conduct trainings, workshops and seminars for local Police Gender and Child Protection officers as well as UNAMID Gender and Child Protection Officers.
• To Supervise and guide all subordinates at Team Sites
• To maintain personal data of more than 90 personnel working under my Administration.
• To prepare a duty roster of all the personnel on weekly basis.
• To maintain a leave record of all the personnel.
• Correspondence with the higher authorities on different issues.
• To attend the meetings on operational and administrative issues.
• To perform administrative and logistic duties.
• Quick response in case of any emergency.
• To ensure the security of VVIPs and foreigners.
• To conduct different inquiries assigned by the higher authorities.
• To conduct departmental inquires against the police personnel who violated the rules.
• Compiling the reports of inquiries to put up to the high ups.
• To supervise the maintenance of vehicles and other logistics.
• To arrange meetings between people of society and NGOs.
• Manage games and other entertainment activities between different people of the society to decrease tensions between them.
• As Community Police Officer to conduct different games & activities to bridge the gap between police and public.
• To arrange regular meetings with the notables of the society to reduce the risks of crime.
