Recruting new intermediate- Level Staff
Monitoring the daily attendance of all staff and informing heads of departments / Sections accordingly.
Maintaining and updating all HR System on daily basis.
Ensuring all leave system (e.g., Sick leave, annual leave etc.) of all staff is regularly updating and preparing preliminary leave request report on annual basis.
Processing payroll for employees in the organization
Maintaining personnel database regarding salaries
Managing organization budget and expenses
Handling onboarding of new hiring
Reporting to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues
Work directly with clients to achieve organization goals as required
Addressing and resolving employee complaints relating to the payroll system
Working with company database programs to process payroll
Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense.
Maintaining Monthly HR Report & Weekly Reports.
Maintaining HR Logsheet according to Employees information.
Runnning Disciplinary Procedures.
Managing the Performance Reviewing Process.
Coaching and Mentoring junior team members according to situations.
