Carrying out market research & evaluating strategies to identify potential customers for products; accountable for relationship management with key accounts to enhance sales growth.
Developing strategies to enlarge the core market base of the company based on market research data while conceptualizing, planning and implementing processes to drive business volume growth.

Handling the task of installing biomedical equipment at customer site as well as perform preventive maintenance
Perform responsibilities of providing technical guidance of using the installed equipment by visiting customer site and via phone ( On site & Off Site )
Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance Service and carrying out extensive maintenance service of the radiological equipments
Handling the task of preparing presentations on technical specifications and functionalities of biomedical equipment
Responsible for giving product demo and training to the customer with special attention to system maintenance and operation
