•VMWare ESXi install & configure, decommission ESXi Server.
•Build, configure, and deploy VMs & templates including RHEL & Suse Linux shells. Performing VM snapshots, cloning, cold & hot migrations including vMotion & Storage vMotion.
•Manage all ESXi network connectivity configuration of vSwitches as per back-end physical switch port. Creation & configuration of vSwitch, VMNetwork & VMkernel port groups.
•Physica & Virtual Windows server commission & decommission.
•Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2008 R2 server roles Active directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, failover clustering. Creating and Managing Group Policies. Managing VPN, Terminal Services, RADIUS, NPS Service.
•Patch management of Windows Servers through Symantec Management Platform and troubleshooting for windows servers. Antivirus management using Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager
•PowerShell & PowerCLI Scripting and automation of daily tasks including maintenance and reporting.
•Share Point site creation & administration. Exchange Mailbox account administration.
•Symantec Endpoint Protection virus definitions update & scan. Run vulnerability reports & remediate issues.
•Tivoli TSM system backup procedures & file/folder recovery processes.
•McAfee Endpoint Encryption user account reset, recovery, creation

•Server monitoring and alerting using SCOM, MOM & OpManager console.
•Follow SOPs for alert escalations and resolution.
•Clear disk space on servers.
•Enable Office Communicator account for IT users.
•Run reports and forward to concerned teams.
•Raise ITSM incidents, service requests, change requests for teams.
