• Preparations of Normal and Emergency Lighting System Design for Buildings, Streets and Landscape.
• Preparation of as built drawings as per site conditions.
• Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Direct coordination with the contractor’s management, implementing contract terms & conditions during the project execution stage, monitoring project progress & initial/final handing over project.
• Coordinate with construction QA/QC and safety managers to ensure compliance with approved plans. Time management and task prioritizing skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Coordination with higher management regarding issues resolution & Decision making regarding on going activities on site.
• Checking and signing off the MEP clearance requests for civil works to proceed.
• Lead the electrical system as built design including power, lighting, fire alarm and signaling systems.
• Review technical submittals and shop drawings associated with the civil, structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate civil works with MEP and finishes activities.
• Monitor procurement process in order to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Survey, Study and Reporting new projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of entire Electrical Design, Technical, Procedures, Relevant Codes and International Standards.
