• Maintain relationships with suppliers; identify the optimum supplier as per requirements.
• Manage infrastructure procurement, including the review of tender specifications, preparing tenders, evaluating received quotations, and provide recommendations for final selection.
• Maintain the company access control and video conferencing systems and work closely with the service provider to keep the lines active.
• Respond to network connectivity issues and resolve any wireless communication issues.
• Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors to ensure that the network stays operational.
• Knowledge in Aruba switches and access point configuration AP515, Clear Pass
• Experience in cisco router, switches installation and configuration.

• Designing and implementing new network solutions

Manage the Technical support department; oversee daily operations, implementing company procedures, preparing reports, and evaluating performance.

•Providing technical support, troubleshooting, investigating problems, diagnosing, and repairing faults.

Support Internet corporate and home users (Leased Line, DSL, and Dialup) through multiple channels, such as telephone, portal, emails, etc.
•Quick escalate (Internet / Email) problem to the specific department and follow up with them.
•Monitor the customers leased line circuits.
•Follow up with STC regarding leased line circuit, DSL telephone line, Dialup Users). Escalate the problem of browsing.
