• Develop and maintain integrated baseline schedules in Primavera P6, incorporating all project
phases and milestones
• Coordinate and conduct progress review meetings with site staff and management to ensure timely
project completion.
• Regularly follow up on Engineering and Procurement to ensure adherence to schedules
• Assist the Project Managers with various project deliverables to ensure successful project execution
• Create and distribute micro level target work schedules to the site staff and regular following up
• Prepare and present detailed weekly progress reports
• Develop and implement recovery schedules with mitigation strategies (fast-tracking, crashing)
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of project scope, contracts, and technical documents to establish
planning parameters
• Develop and analyze KPIs, monitor and report on project KPIs to track progress and performance.
• Perform detailed schedule impact assessments for potential delays and change events (EOT analysis)
• Perform project analysis to identify and mitigate delays.
• Maintain comprehensive delay documentation for potential claims and disputes

• Review and Study the project scope of work
• Develop baseline schedules using Primavera P6
• Develop & distribute internal schedules for each departments based on their scope and
priorities
• Develop and analyze KPIs, monitor and report on project KPIs to track progress and
performance.
• Regularly follow up on Engineering, Procurement, and Production activities to ensure
adherence to schedules
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with site staff and management to ensure timely project

• Prepare recovery and revised schedules to address project delays
• Perform analysis to identify and mitigate delays.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress report
• Any delay notifications for future dispute as necessary.
• Assist the Project Managers with various project deliverables to ensure successful project
execution

• Preparation of baseline schedules as required in Primavera P6
• Create and distribute department-specific work plans (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) with
clearly defined priorities
• Regularly follow up on Engineering, Procurement, and Production activities to ensure adherence to
schedules
• Assist the Project Managers with various project deliverables to ensure successful project execution
• Prepare and present detailed weekly progress reports & Dashboard
• Prepare monthly progress report for the client
• Highlight any potential issues for schedule slippage
• Create Master schedule for production based on project priorities
