• Planning, Scheduling, managing and executing production operations.
• Overseeing the production process and ensuring that production is cost effective
• Ensuring that products are produced as per defined standards, in timely manner and are produced within quality guidelines.
• Co-ordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedules.

• Reporting critical material shortages and advising procurement requests.
• Maintaining Time/attendance/leave planning.
• Preparing Costing of Finished goods.
• Generating, reviewing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Identifying the CTQ and risk management
• Leading Kaizen teams in identifying and implementing continuous improvement ideas, training and leading 5S teams, leading Value Stream Mapping activities, Line Balance and work standardization implementation.
• Provides day to day technical management and process guidance on development activities associated with large-scale, complex Products.
• Determines the technical skill set needs and staffing plans based on Product pipeline. Develops training plans and implements development plans for trainers developers in line with technology needs and product pipeline.
• Organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs.
• Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met through production of high quality material that meets customer delivery expectations.
• Applies extensive management expertise, engineering knowledge and hands-on problem solving skills to lead and facilitate continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Set up health and safety audit procedures and improve safety efficiency.
• Handling the QMS and also the management representative for ISO and aerospace audit
• Conducting training for the team and technicians
• Handling the performance appraisal
