• Play a crucial role in working on one of the most important development assets in the masterplan.
• Liaise with the wider team to guarantee a successful outcome all the way from concept through to delivery and handover stages.
• Involvement within the construction planning stage
• Work alongside senior management and directors when it comes to contract management, cost management
• Bridge the gap between the Development, Project Management, Construction, Cost, and Infrastructure Team
• Working closely with different teams/functions (Sales and Delivery) and completing all allocated tasks.
• Research and generate list of potential clients and contacts.
• Communicating with prospective clients to arrange appointments for the sales team through cold calls, site visits, and other techniques.
• Provide project-based support in terms of data collection, interviews, etc. as needed for Research and Advisory unit.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities (deal sourcing)
• Review project briefs and feasibility studies and communicate/ present successful opportunities to Line Manager and other investment committees
