Taking initiative and responsibility for driving improvement and efficiency by reviewing/enhancing current policies and procedures.
Developing a detailed project plan, with time-based milestones for monitoring and tracking progress. Setting yearly budgets and plans.
Managing and collaborating with partners in different time zones.
Expanding the Centre’s client base and enriching the experience of existing clients.

Moving the division to the next level.
Negotiating and contracting with copyrights owners. Expanding distribution channels locally and regionally.
Taking the business online by delivering the e-books store project, setting processes, and managing the related supply chain from receiving orders until delivery.

Managing the content of the College’s Arabic website. Contracting with international academic database providers and managing the College’s subscriptions (e.g.: BPIR, Questia, Emerald…etc.). Establishing the department policies and procedures under the supervision of the deanship of research. Drafting and finalizing internal processes using Visio.

• Meeting with clients and developing the technical requirements documentation.
• Developing user manuals, in Arabic and English, for the following projects:
- Sudan insurance system.
- KSA insurance system.
- UAE Ministry of Labor System.
- UAE smart forms.
• Working with programmers and QA team in testing the developed systems and executing quality assurance scenarios.

• Branch Manager (suppliers’ management, inventory, sales, customer service, products display…etc.).
• Building a stream of loyal customers.
• Internet Café supervisor and technical support.
