Portfolio: Biotechnology (Viscosupplementation portfolio, HA Dermal filler )
Reporting to: VP of Global International Business .
2021 Budget: 10.2 $ million .
Coverage: GCC, Middle East and Africa.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Finding new distributor to be developed and added to the customer base as a new
distribution account to reaching the territory sales objectives.
Acting as the main point of contact with distributors in the region, Building and
maintaining relationships with all levels of distributor to promote Biotech partnerships.
Following up since the start of partnership, passing by contracts, pricing, launching,
training, frequently and sequence of contacts and visits.
Meets regional sales financial objectives and forecasting requirements. ( M, Q, Y ) .
Applying a long-term Key account management strategy to retain top KOL and nurture
those key relationships over time they become a strategic partner and advisor,
discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
Management and maintenance a regulatory operation and products registrations
through local Gov. authorities. ( SFDA, JFDA, EMOH ).
Key Achievements: -
Improved sales figures to 11.2 $ M at 2021 Vs. 80 $ K at 2016.
Improved distributors base to 28 active distributors at 2021 Vs. 2 distributors at 2016.
Signed new 32 distribution agreements (starting from distributor evaluation tll 1st PO
Delivery).
Proceed in registration process for full product portfolio in 28 Countries and achieved 23
countries UTD.
Coverage: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Egypt .
Portfolio: - Arthroplasy, CMF and Trauma .
Budget: - 32 Million $ .
Team Force: - 8 Product sp., 2 Product Manager & 2 Territory Managers.
