- Plan, manage and develop the organizations e-commerce platforms.
Implement and customize Odoo ERP to comply with the whole operations of the organization
- Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities according to the goals - of the organization
- Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program

In consultation with the Executive Director, recruit, interview and select well-qualified program staff
- Implement the human resources policies, procedures and practices of the organization
- Establish and implement a performance management process for all program staff
- Ensure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards
- Supervise program staff by providing direction, input and feedback
- Liaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery
- Write reports for management and for funders
- Identify and evaluate the risks associated and take appropriate action to control the risks
- Report evaluation findings to the Executive Director and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate

• Prepare R&D project proposals, based on the outcome from internal ideas.
• Prepare project plan and deliverables to align with the implementation project plan.
• Part of my roll controlling the project may include monitoring and reporting in different ways on active projects (following up project until completion), and help PMO in reporting progress to top management for strategic decisions on what projects to continue or cancel.

• Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack)
• Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s data and servers.

• Select and set up web-based internal communications systems, such as a wiki, blog, chatroom, project management, and bug tracking systems (in the absence of a system administrator).
