activities:-
- Testing Plant Generators 2* 300 MW SIEMENS Production.
- Testing Main and Aux. XFMRs for the CTG units HYOSUNG Production.
- Testing isolated phase bus (IPB) for CTG units.
- Testing generator circuit breakers (GCB) for CTG units.
- Testing MV SWGR ABB production
• Make function test of all incoming and outgoing cells.
• Make primary injection test for CT, VT and BB protection.
• Make secondary injection to test protection relays
- Testing DC system \{Battery, battery charger, inverter & UPS (125 KVA)\} EMERSON production.
- Testing Black Start Diesel Generator 11KV, 6*1.5 MW.
- Testing protection of Generators, Main and Aux transformers.
- Testing lube oil skid, seal oil skid, hydraulic skid, HCO skid and CCW for lube oil and H2.
- Testing Emergency MCC, Gas compressor MCC and, Auxiliary MCC
- Make interconnection signals, and interlocks tests for the two units between \{XFMRs - TPP - GCB - MV SWGR - GPP -SWYD - FIRE\}.

- Testing Power Transformers for the STG Unit, TBEA Production.
- Testing Isolated Phase Bus (IPB) for STG Units.
- Make loop check activities for all systems.
- Make interconnection signals, and interlocks tests for the STG unit
between \{XFMR - TPP - MCC - GPP -SWYD - FIRE\}.

- Testing Power Transformers for All CTG and STG Units TBEA Production.
- Testing Transformers Protection Relays GE Production Differential and OC \{T35-T60-GE 350\} for All Units.
- Testing DC System\{Batteries, Batteries’ Chargers, Inverter, UPS, and Distribution Panels\}
- Testing Isolated Phase Bus (IPB) for All Units.
- Testing Generator Circuit Breakers (GCB) for All Units.

• El-Ein El-Sokhna Thermal Power Plant (2*650 MW
- Testing all power Transformers for the 2 units HYOSUNG production.
- Testing transformers protection relays GE Production Diff and OC \{T35-T60-350\}for 2 units
- Testing isolated phase bus (IPB) for 2 units.
- Testing generator circuit breakers (GCB) for 2 units.
- Make interconnection signals, and interlocks tests for the 1st unit between \{Transformers - TPP - GCB - MV SWGR - GPP -SWYD - FIRE\}.
- Attendance gas dissolved analyser and partial discharge monitoring testing.

- Test 33KV SWGR, 3 SWGR 6.6KV ABB Productions.
- Make function test of all incoming and outgoing cells.
- Make primary injection test for CT’s and VT’s.
- Make secondary injection to test protection relays for feeder protection (REF 610, 615), and motor protection (REM 610), and differential protection (RET 541).
- Make stability test for power transformers.
- Make B.B test for all SWGR’s.
- Test all power and distribution transformers (15 Transformers).
- Testing medium voltage cables.
