Managing and directing all SWCC primroses (plants - offices - accommodations - others ) in rearms of HSE to compliance with all SEC, SAF and PME ... etc and other regulations.
To implement, review, update and improve the HSE Management system. To improve HSE awareness amongst the workforce.
• To organize the Company Safety Incentive Program.
• External Audits ISO 14001 / Monitoring and effective closure of findings.
• Subcontractor Approval, audits and measuring performance.
• Maintain evaluation of compliance and update of Legal and other requirements related to Environment and Health.
• Internal Audits (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and closeout as per the schedule).
• To compile all SOCs and ORs related to Environment (Follow up and effective closer) and analysis on the findings to set corrective action directives.
• HSE Internal Trainings (Identify need, Gap, Training Modules review etc.) and plan weekly internal HSE training as required.
• Monthly HSE Meeting (Sub-Contractors ) Presentation / follow up with minutes of meeting.
• Assist for six monthly Management Review Meeting.
• To organize and conduct basic firefighting training and conduct regular drills as stipulated in the drill plan.
• To oversee, maintain and periodically service all fire-fighting, rescue and emergency response equipment in buildings, yard and emergency vehicles.
• To lead Emergency Response Team and assist in the operation.
• Safety Briefing / Induction for visitors.
• To issue Safety Alert / Weekly Toolbox Talk / News bulletin
• Fire Risk Assessment in Buildings and Canteen Competencies
• Certified OSHA Trainer (10hr, 30hr).
• Certified scaffold inspector (Scaffold Training Institute, USA).
• Coordinate between construction and consultants or clients safety site issues.
• Participate in the development of company manual.
• Reviewed projects and engineering design packages for different buildings. The typical review process includes but not limited to; accurate code interpretation to ensure design compliance with international codes and company codes, review and performance of hydraulic and design calculations, and recommending design alternatives to enhance safety or to optimize design costs.
• Performed special studies such as; developing a worst case scenario for Bulk Plants, analyzing life safety and egress system for buildings, and developing a training program for the safety department inspectors and technicians.
• Participated in the Testing and commissioning of new projects fire at different facilities.
• Performed technical evaluations and review of fire& safety protection materials submittals.
• Instructor and trainer of Hazard recognition.
• Delivered training & courses to Bin laden employees in different topics.
• Conducted
