- Create hiring plans for front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff
- Promote open roles using online and print job ads

- Analyzes information and data necessary to define and discern cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes. Researches and explains laws and legal affairs concerning employment to managers, supervisors, and employees. Conducting investigations, questioners, warning letters and counselling to the employees.
Working as an internal partner for key stakeholders within our human resources department, including developing departmental and company goals, support programs for recruiting managers, and policy and programs ongoing support.
Developing HR department objectives and benchmarks that align with our company’s mission and objectives.
Ensuring that departmental goals and KPIs are clearly defined and reporting on team project status in a tech-focused environment.
Communicate frequently with departmental and executive stakeholders to understand the unique needs of our KSA based corporate technology clients.
Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires and recruitment in collaboration with department management.

Giving the induction training programme to the new joiners in Jeddah, Riyadh and AL Khobar. Organizing and recruiting for the company’s events.
