Coordinate repairs to office equipment
•devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
•arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
•screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
•meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
•organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Establishes and maintains a filing system for students.
• Coordinates the Academic Dean’s calendar by scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Receives telephone calls and visitors for the Academic Dean.
• Coordinates the exchange of information with other departments, administrators, staff, faculty and students.
• Types correspondence and reports, as requested by Administrators.
• On a daily basis, enters in attendance records on the database
• During the admission period and at the end of each term, enter testing scores into the database.
• Assists Assessment Coordinator in preparing and processing student evaluations of the courses.
• Assists Assessment Coordinator in filing of tests and evaluations at the end of each term.
• Additional duties as determined by the Academic Dean and other Administrators.
• Attending to Personal Loan, Auto Loan and Credit Card customers for general enquiries and services.
• Preparing daily MIS for the three Departments.
• Working as a central Unit for all the Personal Loans checking and Analyzing.
• Handling the Credit Cards Pin. Nos. delivering and doing the daily balancing.
• Filling Auto Loans Applications and the required documents, handling all customers related problems and services.
• Organizing Auto Loans, Credit Cards and Personal Loans Files and making sure that they are in place and up to dated.
