I was handling large business groups that were visiting Tunisia for business as well as leisure. My responsibilities were:
• Selling tourism packages to international companies and individuals e.g.
• Promote Tunisia to international firms and tour companies.
• Arrange boarding & lodging solutions to prospective business & leisure visitors.
• Providing inbound and outbound facilities to our clients
• Offer conference & exhibitions services to businesses
• Welcome the international visitors at the airport.
• Providing hotel and logistics services and solutions
• Responsible for arranging arrivals & departure itinerary of clients
• Managing reservation and flight booking (Amadeus System) of air travellers
• Marketing travel agency services to businesses and to international traveller
• Coordinating with the International Airlines and negotiating fare prices for customers
• Introducing & selling holiday packages to customers
• Administratively in-charge of the smooth running of the office.
• Responsible for all logistics
• Attending exhibitions and introducing the travel agency to the exhibition visitors
• Provide concierge services to high net worth clients
• Arranging marketing & POS materials for international trade exhibitions.
