➢Actively lead in preparing, presenting and submitting Extension of Time to the Clients and Consultant.
➢Actively lead in evaluating and analyzing sub-contractor extension of time claims.

➢Active usage of Project databases (PIRS Info-Control and Doc-Control) for all electronic communication, capture, collection & storage of complete project related documents
& records such as Letters, faxes, e-mails, records, drawings, etc.
➢Preparing statement of completion (invoice to client) and submitting it to the client every month.
➢Regular visits to project sites and vendor / manufacturers to collect & verify progress status.
➢Active participation on Project Review Meetings.
