• Overseeing of the plant operation.
• Ensures that all the turning machines are in good working condition.
• Day to day visual inspection of the conveyor system, (check for unusual activity and noise, perform adjustment if found misalignment).
• Performs preventive maintenance of all the equipment (greasing, cleaning, replacement of gear oil, bearing, and other parts if necessary).
• Troubleshooting of any electrical issues experienced or reported during operation.
• Report any machine abnormalities or malfunction to immediate superior, accompanied with corrective action and suggestion to prevent recurrence of the problem.
• Assist field engineer in installation of new equipment which is necessary for the plant upgrade.
JOB DESCRIPTION
AUXILIARY AREA
• Perform all repairs and maintenance works as scheduled including the following equipment:
• Industrial Steam Boilers
• Distillation Plants
• Pure Steam Generator (PSG)
• Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
• Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
• Air Handling Units
• Industrial Air Compressors
• Air Dryers
• Calibrates equipment as instructed the by Assistant Chief Engineer in accordance with the established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Carries out scheduled repairs or maintenance works on assigned auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoots assigned auxiliary equipment in case of malfunction and makes the necessary adjustments as required.
• Performs general checkup and repair of electrical wirings, trouble shooting and replacement of controls
• Perform modification of controls if necessary.
• Makes sure that the auxiliary machines are in good running condition, giving emphasis on the critical nature of the product being produced.
• Prepares requisitions for materials, spare and replacement parts needed in order to carry out pre-scheduled repair or maintenance works.
• Assists and supervise supplier for maintenance and quarterly checking of Fire Extinguishers.
• Assists and supervise 3rd party contractors on inspection and installation of HEPA FILTERS on clean rooms (STERILE AREA).

WATER TREATMENT AND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
• Performs regeneration of all Water Treatment units in accordance with the established procedures and ensures that there is always a stand by unit.
• Responsible for taking water samples from the system and bringing it to the laboratory and ensuring that the water coming out of the system is within the specification stated in the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Evaluate level of the storage tanks of regenerant solution (HCL and NaOH), and coordinate to the Pollution Control Officer to order, and ensure that theirs’s enough space for the chemical delivery.

• Performs general checkup and repair of electrical wirings, trouble shooting and replacement of controls
• Repairs damage pipe lines, leaking valves and connections.
• Prepare necessary drawing if major repair and rehabilitation will be conducted.
• Responsible in necessary estimation of needed materials
• Responsible in coordinating Purchasing Department prior to purchase the ordered materials
• Coordinate with the Head Department prior to the initiation of repair and modification of the unit.
• Performs neutralization of waste water prior to disposal at Sewage Treatment Plant.
• Performs preventive maintenance of Blowers, Submersible Pumps at Sewage Treatment Plant as scheduled.
Assists and supervise 3rd party contractors on calibrating pH and conductivity sensor in accordance with the established SOP’s.
FACILITY
• Responsible in day to day monitoring of the area.
• Perform replacement of busted lights and troubleshooting of faulty wirings.
• Carries out repair on leaking pipe lines, unstoppable toilet flush and sink.
• Carries out repair of damage door locks.
• Declogging of drainage system.
• Repainting of the area.
• Facilitate 3rd party contractor during construction of new project and ensure that no equipment or company property would be damage.
