- Review Construction documents- such as Materials, Method Statements, Prequalification Documents
- Responsible for supervision all activity that carry out by contractor on site.
- He will be responsible for producing the shift report, which included progress, quality, safety, instrumentation monitoring, equipment and materials, etc. as necessary accordance to actual construction activity on site.
- Carry out joint inspection with contractor base on WIR submission from contractor.
- Carry out site inspection through check sheet to ensure that all aspects done accordance to IFC drawing and method statement.
- Raises observations to report non-conformances.
- Ensure that quality & progress are effectively monitored and tracked throughout the program period.
- Act positively and participate in all HSE goal and the implementation on site.
- Responsible for the inspection upon delivered on site of all electrical approved materials.
- Witness the testing specified to be carried out by the contractor and make comments and approval in accordance with the accepted criteria of testing.
- Attend day to day activities for Request for Inspection (RFIs) from contractor for Material erection and installation, Materials Delivery Inspection at site and Request for Testing for all electrical equipment installed on site.
- Responsible for ensuring that during the construction stage of a project work is carried out in accordance with the quality required by the contract within the stipulated time.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to be incorporated into the Works to ensure compliance with the Contract.

- Review as-built drawings, give comments, and submit Drawing Review Submittal (DRS) reports.
- Inspect drawings, specification and the site, and report to the engineer any matters which may affect the construction of the permanent works in accordance with the contract and any ground or physical conditions on site which may differ from that recorded or assumed in the design.

Qatar Steel Company Project (QS/1-26/2012) Mesaieed Industrial City, Doha, Qatar - Site Engineer - Electrical for construction 1 no. QSC- 220/66kV Substation, 2 nos. 315/350MVA ONAN/ONAF Power Transformers, 2 nos. 1500 KVA Auxiliary transformers, 12 bays 66kV GIS, and 415V LVAC, 110V DCDB and Battery Charger including Battery Banks.

- Attend site visit on offshore and onshore and prepare site visit report to be forwarded to project manager.
