and will then mobilize to the site to assist for the site Construction, Commissioning, startup, and
handover of the plant.

* Squad checking, bid evaluation, and approvals to EPC completed documents and deliverables. I
checked and approved Technical Specifications and Data Sheets for critical types of equipment
before the generation of Material Requisition and Purchase Requisitions.
* Participated and Coordinated the HAZOP Review and Plant SIL Review, involved with the 30%, 60%,
and 90% 3D Model Review and the Plant Area Classification Review and Approval, including 3D
Model Review Tag close-out and approval.

Systems, Bentley Nevada Vibration Monitoring System (VMS), and Process Analyzer Units.
I coordinate and manage the technical activities for the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) of the
Main Automation Contract (MAC) for the Process Control Systems (PCS) requirements for Maaden
Phosphate Plant.

Ensure that the site asset register is fully maintained and up to date and all the equipment historical
data using Maintenance Expert (MEX) System Software for site Computerised Maintenance
Management System.
* I assisted with all site internal/external pressure vessel inspection and compared the reports provided
by an independent external inspector. Pressure vessels and associated piping inspections are being
checked and inspected as per all relevant standards and regulations, including Australian Standard
and other overseas regulatory standards (e.g. ANSI, ASME, ASTM, API, and NACE).
* I Organise, train, and develop personnel to have a cost-effective and competent workforce as a well
responsive workforce.
