Facilitate end to end recruitment solutions from sourcing to placement as flexible as per clients need well within the
company policies and procedures.
* Identify and utilize candidate attraction strategies, including recruitment technology systems, websites and networks
to build and develop strategic talent pool.
* Assess and validate candidate skills through screening, pre-qualifying, interviewing and thorough reference check.
* Managing candidate expectations while explaining the role and responsibility along with compensation and benefit
