Details of Involvement:
• Responsible for 3D piping design, equipment modeling Isometric MTO.
• Preparing Piping Plans, Piping Layout, Equipment Layout, ISO Drawings. Reviewing P & ID, equipment Drawings and Structural Drawings.
• Prepared MTO, LDT, Valve Data Sheet, Scope of work, Pipe line routing, various piping calculations used for process piping and pipe lines.
• Preparing piping safety instruction sheets with the required calculations for pipe wall thickness, maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP), and test pressure.
• Installation of piping systems, tanks and steel structures by using Plan, Isometric drawings
and P & ID’s.
• Checking of ISO drawings, release for Pre-fabrication of A/G spools (C.S./SS, LTCS) based on the priority and material availability.
• Responsible for making isometric drawing for construction re-check isometric drawing sketch first issue to checked isometric drawing by AutoCAD
• Review the plant 3D model for all design, accessibility, Maintainability
• Prepared Various Pre-Commissioning Procedures of Piping systems.
• Conversant with various international Codes and Standards like, ASME, API, ASTM.
• Planning and day wise progress monitoring of work as per schedule.
• Reviewing of MTO and costing for project biding.
• Ensuring implementation and adherence to project specifications and procedures
• Desgin and Modification of the design drawing to reflect deviation correction made on tower foundations with the project engineer.
• Design and co-ordination of design drawing with AUTOCAD
• Supervised setting out of foundations (3.5meters deep) for structural steel columns (I section 550 x 225 of 23m high) as per design
• Generating of hold down bolt and foundation setting out co-ordinates for as designed and corrected foundations with the site engineer.
• Ensuring accurate setting of hold down bolts on the tower and equipment plinths.
• Reporting on daily activities to the project engineer.
• Perticipating in generating as built design drawings (civil and structural scope) in autocad.

- design of a 300psi LPG plant using Vantage PDMS.
- Designed Depropanizer using primitive method of PDMS,
- Designed Depropanizer Reflux Accumulator using primitive method of Plant Design Management System.
- Designed Depropanizer Reboiler, Overhead Condenser and pump using primitive method of PDMS.
- Routing of pipies connecting all the equipments of the plant.
- Design and Detailing of structural steel for pipe supports, Vm R.T.U Mast, etc.
- Design and modeling of 36’’ and 8” Pipes at Nkpoku Manifold for existing situation and new situation, showing the new installations on the line which are 36” and 8” actuated valves which will replace the exsting manual valves, Temperature transmitter, Flow transmitter and Pressure transmitter on each of the lines.
- Replication of the same on 3” Flow line at Abada well head as well as on 3” Flow line and Imo-river 60T well heads.
- Updating the piping layout of the manifold and the well heads to represent the new situation.
- Preparation of tie-in schedule
- Closing out of design activities by directly assisting the Lead Piping Engineer.
