Operate in various machine such as EMMEGI, Crop Press, Counter Bore Machine, Bending Machine, Cutting Saw.
Carry out daily preventative maintenance checks and report any faults though the maintenance request procedure.
Highlight any problems with parts of processes as they arise to Production Supervision.
Train to operate and run different types of machine using the Work Instructions Provided.
Follow the Work Instructions for each part produced.
Follow the quality ‘1st off’ procedure on start up.
Maintain quality throughout the run making sure all parts are free from sharp edges and burrs.
Consistently achieve the production quantity & qaulity objective for each part processed.
Input assigned work area production data and complete operator record sheet for each part line processed and submit to management at the conclusion of each shift.
Maintain a clean and organized designated work area at all times.
Fulfil other duties deemed necessary by Production Supervision.
Complete all required production paperwork.

• Permorming Manual Program for SBZ 140 4 axis and SBZ 150 5 axis by using CONSTANT and VARIABLE Contour Program for the designated design.
• Tool Set any kinds of End Mills, Drills, Special Tool and specially Saw Blade only for SBZ 150 5 axis and input exact measures.
Operate in Sugar Grinder Machine to produce granuled sugar.
Maintaining Cleanliness for 5S and Orderliness in the designated arrangement of the product.
Operate in Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, Radial Drill, Vertical Slot Machine and Basic Arc Welding to build up the damage parts of Gear.
We make supply for spare parts according to the damage of the machine such as Surface Grinder, Press Machine and Shearing Machine.
Monitoring the Pressure, Temperature, Steam and Thermograph of the process product to produce the exact target range of Activated Carbon.
Checking if the Valve has no leaked to avoid the cocoshell gone to waste thru the tank.
We test the product hour by hour to check if the target range is in range of graphing scale by weighing the product using bulk density about 100 ml.
The furnace temperature will range at 700 to 900 degree celsius to melt the cocoshell and turn in Activated Carbon.
