• Provide Post, Pre and After Sales of Harman Products.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
• Knowledge in basic programming.
• Design, installation, termination, testing and commissioning of various Audio Visual and Low Voltage equipment.
• Troubleshooting and maintain that the equipment are always in its good condition.
• Performs other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Assist dealers and end user in technical inquiry about AMX products such as Audio Visual Touch Panels, Switchers, Controllers, Digital Signage, etc.
Maintains, troubleshoot and repair of audio visual equipment.
Assist in events, seminars and meeting rooms that requires AV equipment.
Handles designs of audio-visual systems including audio, video, central control and other function rooms which require AV related equipment.
Evaluates various equipment required for project.
Assists Sales and Marketing group on System Demo for proper understanding of client’s specific needs and requirements.
Performed equipment and cable installation including termination, testing and commissioning.
Troubleshoots and repairs computer software and hardware.
