1. Assist in the implementation of the Safety Management System on the work site
2. Responsible in advising project management on the proper implementation of Project HSE Program
3. To coordinate, share knowledge and experience as a tool for HSE Program of the project
4. Preparation of monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessment, Method of Statement,
5. Monitoring Permit to Work activity
6. Review and develop HSE Plan, Procedure, Inspection, reporting and audit
7. Monitoring KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of contractor.
8. Coaching and review HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determine Controls) as per to site of job
9. Active involvement in development of Hazard identification, risk assessment and determining control the job site
10. Coordination work with Safety Inspector of contractor
11. Periodic Inspection tools, equipment and marine spread of contractor
12. Develop and monitoring safety drill of contractor like: Fire Drill, Medical and Evacuation Drill, Man Over Boat Drill, Master Point Drill, Rescue Drill, Oil Spill Drill and T-Card Drill
13. Monitoring and implementation of Peduli Card(Card Observation) to Contractor and T-Card activities.
14. Analysis and monitoring reporting of contractor like: Daily Report, Personal on Boat, STOP Card Report.
15. Training and induction of contractor.
16. Conduct to Safety Meeting (Daily, weekly, Safe Work Procedures briefing and induction to all workforce
17. Supervise, ensure and attend to all documentation/permit/license related to work place, safety, health & environmental
18. Report any incompatible work that is likely to pose a risk to the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) of any worker/personnel in the worksite
19. Report & assist in the investigation of near miss, dangerous occurrences, incident/accidents and injuries immediately
20. Implementation SIKA (Sistem Izin Kerja Aman), SSD (safety Stand Down) Meeting
21. Monitoring Circle of CSMS (Contractors Safety Management System)
1. Audit and inspection for dust explosion
2. Have planning inspection and implemented for fire protection system, fire suppression system, fire alarm system, sprinkle, and fire extinguisher in a month
3. Review and update Emergency Response Plan and Team
4. SHE Behavior and Observation weekly, innovation to development SHE Program
5. Review SOP
6. Make sure KPI had been implemented
7. Review all Risk Assessment Contractor and audit CSMS
8. Carry out monitoring and supervision of the implementation of the rules of SHE in the field
9. Carry out safety equipment inspections on site regularly
10. Conducting waste water sampling from production
11. Registering Toxic waste produced by the factory into a Toxic landfill
12. Provide training for the contractor like Working at height, Confined Space, HIRADC, Permit to Work, Sea Survival, Fire Fighting, LOTO
1. Conversant with Golder Project Risk Tools and HSSE Management System requirements as a whole.
2. Understand the Client of Golder HSSE requirements for the Project and assist the Project team (including sub-contractor) to comply
3. Provide guidance, mentoring and on-site informal training as may be required for Project team members
4. Assist with and facilitate as necessary tool box meeting, pre-start JSEA’s and the Client HSSE events on site accordance with applicable requirements
5. Ensure that all HSSE incidents and learnings that occur on site are promptly reported to Project Manager, Site Manager and HSSE Coordinator
6. Maintain regular communication with our Indonesia office HSSE Coordinator a report as required.

16. Conduct to Safety Meeting (Daily, weekly) Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures briefings to all workforce
1. Site Visit new Project to be execution
2. Review Scope of Work (SOW) from Main Contractor (Chevron)
3. Prepare and Coordinate making of Project Execution Plan (PEP)
4. Monitor Daily activity as long as project running to maintain the progress
5. Calculated additional Project refer to Scope Of Work and base on actual data
6. Coordinate with Quantity Survey (QS) for closing project and Material Department for balancing material client
7. Design, Calculation, analysis and Drawing Lifting Plan
