• Maintain aseptic technique.
• Monitoring of patients vital signs
• Administration of Oral and IV Medicines.
• Nurses notes / charting (fdar)
• Monitoring Input and Output, Patients Diet
• Monitoring patients activity specially in rehabilitation
• Monitoring patients IVF during entire shift.
• Watched out for untoward incidents.
• Provision of Nursing Intervention.
