Key Role and Responsibilities: • Creating Equipment and function location in SAP on request
• Creating new Maintenance Plans in SAP based on the maintenance strategy provided by reliability and maintenance.
• Creating Task list/Network is SAP based on the maintenance strategy provided by reliability and maintenance.
• Activating and Scheduling of basic Preventive work orders for the next 90 days in SAP.
• Planning and scheduling of Pressure safety valves and Statutory Equipment in SAP based on the Test certificate and Inspection Certificate.
• Confirmation of Work order, History Capture and clear open reservation in SAP.
• Rectification of Maintenance plans and task list in SAP.
• Gate keeper of the CMMS Process (SAP) ensuring that correct data is entered in SAP.
• Provide basic training in Plant maintenance module (SAP)
• Creating Notifications and Work Orders for normal non process work.
• Develop and manage Weekly/Monthly KPI report for Operation support department
• Was acting as Services planner position (Vacation leave) was responsible for planning services, Analyzer and DCS work centers.

• Entering Accounting Income and Expenditure in Accounting Data base
• Prepare invoices for the clients.
• Prepare payment and petty cash vouchers for Creditors.
• Prepare expense claims for the staff.
• Update files in Excel spreadsheets.
• Enter time sheets of workers
• Credit control.
• Accounts payables.
• Follow up with invoice queries and emails.
• Control office petty cash.
• Organize files and documents.
• Create Local Purchase Orders
