Key project description: BPR a high-profile Business Process Re-engineering programme of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi Municipalities, those are the Department of Municipal Affairs, Abu Dhabi, Western Region and Al Ain Municipalities. The project constituted processes analysis, design and upgrade.
Responsibilities: I play the role in business process improvements, process re-engineering and process design to achieve business goals, also:
- Identified technical problems processes within the Geographic Information System section/department
- Worked with the client’s managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs

- Project Managing of ITS Probe Vehicles, this project is utilizing RTA's Dubai Taxi and Public Transport vehicles as probe vehicles to collect travel time information on road network
