Managing a team of project managers and consultants responsible for implementing and delivering SAP products on different platforms and technologies for clients in MENA region and various types of industries. Ensuring the timely and successful implementation of project plans by applying ASAP, Activate & AIP project management methodologies. Monitoring projects performance and performing health checks. Managing clients’ needs and ensuring proper automation to stream line their processes and oprations. Supporting executive management in creating long-term and strategic organization objectives. Managing projects P&L and ensuring proper projects’ financing. Providing directions and guidance to Project Managers and Team Leads. Facilitating and acting as a primary escalation point on projects impediments. Ensuring proper coordination among projects teams and 3rd parties. Managing resources utilization and improving resources efficiency by adopting new tools and improving processes and assessing resources acquisition needs. Supervising and participating in the design and architecture of solutions. Managing and directing development lifecycle for various integration and solutions on top of SAP products and establishing the development processes and policies. Restructuring and building teams. Focusing on profitability and cost reduction. In addition to contributing in the revenue increase and supporting sales process.
Managing multiple teams of software engineers and in charge of leading design and development process for a range of banking products such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, CRM, Business Intelligence, Risk Management, ATM and many other integration products, setting department’s goals and strategies, participating in systems’ architecture and design, providing solutions to complex business cases, leading research tasks, coordinating with other departments, managing support activities, planning for implementations, supporting sales and pre-sales activities and ensuring proper implementation of standard processes models such as CMMI & ISO, continuously improving policies such as version release policy, managing projects in agile methodology applying SCRUM.
In addition to my main duties I’m charring the Change Control Board, a committee responsible for planning products’ main releases.

• Applied Agile methodology in software development adopting SCRUM and using Target Process.
• Applied CMMI model on software development processes.
• Created and chaired a Change Control Board that manages product releases.
• Directed a program of building Delivery Channels Service Layer by applying SOA architecture which exposes different financial services for various channels on top of the core banking system.
• Managed a Project of building CRM Solution for Banks using Microsoft CRM.
• Managed a program of building and managing different releases of Internet Banking application on JEE platform.
• Managed a Mobile banking application on RhoMobile platform.
• Managed a full Business Intelligence solution composed of a Datawarehouse, ETL tool and Dashboards using Hyperion.

• Designed a Reporting Tool which constitutes the repository to reports existing in the system and allows the creation and generation of reports at runtime .
