Responsible with litigation team for all the Legal Affairs.- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various kinds of contracts. - Giving consultations on various sort of legal issues to foreign and local clients.
- Reviewing and handling all kind of real states cases and give a legal advice - handling and registering real state cases - rental cases and writing memorandum for criminal and civil cases and the real estate cases including the rental cases.- Reviewing of all kind of petitions submitted to governmental entities and courts.- Responsible for correspondences with the clients. Reporting directly to the management.
Provides legal advice and opinion on legal matters such as criminal cases, labor issues and police complaints. In-charge in registration and handles police related cases. In-charge in the registration of cases in different tribunals- court, arbitration and other government agencies and/or departments.
Prepares and review petitions, memorandum and other legal documents submitted to governmental entities and courts.Ensures that all cases assigned are well represented and clients are updated on the status.Conducts consultation meetings with clients and assist them during court hearing.
Monitor change in relevant legislation s and the regulatory environment and implement any changes to Policies and procedures as appropriate.
Generate Power of Attorney and Sub Power of Attorney as appropriate to SME Directors and Contract Managers. Provide Legal papers/notes to guide establishing legal entities in various Middle East region when required for service delivery & induct and lead legal and commercial due diligence with Partners for JV’s, Partnerships or SPVs including for M&A operations. Provide advice and guidance on litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Provide Legal Briefings on legislation's and regulations affecting SME business.
Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, as well as its legal and statutory requirements
Ensures that proper coordination with external lawyers.Formulates and implements strategy and defense on cases as assigned.Ensures that all reports and client update is submitted on time.Establishment of all new entities across the middle east region, rafting articles and memorandums of association, board resolutions etc.
